| Cancellation |
| Cancellations must be received in writing not less than 60 days to receive full refund less $50.00 (All cancellations are subject to this fee regardless of cause.) |

| Taxes |
| All rates are subject to applicable Hawaii State Taxes currently 12.4177% general excise and transient accommodations taxes. |
| Security Deposit $200.00. |
| Each unit is inspected prior to each guest arrival and again immediately upon departure. Should the unit require extensive cleaning following departure additional charges will be applied toward credit card on file. The unit is nonsmoking. Should you smoke in the unit additional air purification cleaning charges will be applied. Each unit¢s inventory is inspected and recorded prior to each guest arrival and following each guest departure. Charges will be applied toward security deposit for items that have been removed and not returned to the unit including all knick knacks in the unit. |
| Maid Service |
| Daily maid service is not included in the nightly rate. If additional maid service is required, it is available at $90.00 by appointment only. |
